What we collect

If you join the newsletter, we collect your email address. That's it. We use double opt-in: you only join the list after clicking the confirmation link we email you.

How it's used

Your email is used to send you book release announcements and occasional reader updates from L.E. Shadows. It is never sold or shared for advertising. Every email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Who processes it

The newsletter list is managed by MailerLite (mailerlite.com), our email service provider, which stores subscriber emails on our behalf under its own privacy policy. This site is hosted on Vercel, which may process standard server logs (IP addresses) to serve the site. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page visits — no personal profiles, no ad tracking.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email, or ask us to delete your data entirely by writing to contact@imaginedcommunity.com.

Age

This site promotes adult fiction and is intended for visitors 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
